Excellent contrast between foreground light and background shadow; it keeps the hotel from overpowering the image.

That sun shield on that new set of signals looks like it does a great job. (the sun is directly on the red light) That new set of signals are the only thing that does not look good in the picture. Its a shame more and more are going up every day to replace old ones that had a lot of character.
