A great photo - I just spent a weekend at the Hesston Steam Museum, in Indiana and the small gauge railroads are a wonderful part of the hobby. Now it looks like I have to go to the UK someday!

An absolutely, totally, perfectly executed cab, er.. footplate shot! I am a big fan of the Romney, that curious English "eccentricity" on the southern coast. Here, in this shot, you capture the magic of miniature that is the Romney. There is the tiny space, the gleaming appurtenances, the fire and a perfect English driver, Mike Jaques. I greatly admire your photographic ability to get it perfectly exposed on a sunny day and razor sharp!. Well Done!
