This very engine took part in a fatal rail/truck accident today on Gdynia-Poznan line. Fast passenger train hit the truck on a crossing, engine and five cars derailed killing engineer and one of the passengers, 12 more injured. Preliminary report tells that truck's driver (which survived accident without any injuries) was guilty of forcing his way through the crossing while the train was approaching
