Q406-20 broke a knuckle about 20 cars from the rear as it crossed the Bayard Street crossing at about 9:45am.
Four grade crossings were blocked. A city police Lieutenant, a CSX Trainmaster & a CSX Utilityman along with the train's conductor joined the fun. Q406-20 resumed the trip east about 11:10am.
