It appears that this locomotive is visiting from the Magyar Maganvasut. Is the CFR investigating buying a similar locomotive? Also, are the locomotives that the CFR use manufactured in Romania or are they imported?

The 060-EA locomotives were produced in Romania between 1967 and 1992 under ASEA ( Sweeden ) license. This locomotive was bought from CFR by the Hungarian MMV opperator.
