Nice catch, one exciting thing to watch! I also caught this going by yesterday at a blazing 8MPH. I caught some footage of it operating by the crossing at Sinking Spring (it alarmed the DED) and later unoperating at night by Wyomissing Jct. I tried to catch some footage of it filling water at CP Dorf but that didn't turn out to well.
