No, this was a special move down to Pueblo to qualify the FRA test car for 120 mph service, done with the HHP-8.

Since when has a Dash 8, HHP-8, and Colorado Railcar DMU seemed regular? These three are going to the Pueblo, CO test track.

You've got to be careful when you say the first or last anything, Amtrak #6 detoured via Tennessee Pass to Pueblo and north to Denver on at least 1 occasion due to Moffat problems. That was a real amtrak too. Still it is an oddball train no doubt about it. TME
