"Wow" to this shot. The station framed on the right, the engineer of the FM hanging out the window in traditional attire ... this shot is something else. Definitely a PC vote from me.

Wow, that is simply too cool! I always wondered: What are the things running down the tops of the older Pennsy Locomotives? I can remember seeing them up into the GP30 era...

Nate, they are for radio reception for the engines. The called them "Train Phones". The Pennsy Steamers used to have them too, on their tenders.
