Nice catch, Richard. Compare Reshui in 2005 with how it looked in 2000. Like everything else in China, rapid change!

What a lovely picture of China - excellent composition - did you have to persuade him to stay put!?

One of the best pictures on this line I've ever seen. Superb in all respects. PCA choice.

Thanks to all for the comments. No, we didn't have to persuade the goatherd to stay put - but I actually feel cheated, because a couple of minutes earlier we had a shot lined up which included all his goats as well. By the time the train came, though, they had wandered out of view of the line. I don't know why the guy stayed on the rock - maybe he was just fascinated by the sight of two "long-noses" going about their senseless activities!

Imagine how many QJs in all kinds of weather this goatherd has seen. The schenery is trully from a different world, a different continent porpably. It is a great picture. Thank you Richard

Dynamite shot, Richard, takes my breath away. Goat herder is a serendipitous event also!
