This particular location you are at has had a bad crime history, can't believe you ventured there at night. Ended up being worth it though.

Was this done with film or digital? Right on with the exposure and train action. Former Trains editor Mark Hemphill would have been pleased. Thanks for sharing this gem!

This is a digital shot, taken as a "test" with my new Canon EOS Rebel XT (the GP38-2 night shots posted here are from the same night). It was a 30 second exposure with a little touching up in Photoshop (hardly any...a little cropping, sharpening, and resizing, and that's the extent of it). Not sure on the f-stop, though I wasn't too concerned with it, being that it's a 30 second exposure and all. As for High Falls at night, I've never had any problems there, and I've been there several times (heck, I brought a girl along with me when this shot was taken). In the end, I think it was worth it though...
