The fourth unit, a C30-7 or C36-7 is looking too beat up for such a short period of service.

It is a C30-7, and it is about 12 years old in this photo. Around this time, it seems UP's paint was occasionally poorly-applied, as often you'd see 4 matching diesels in a range of yellows, from dirty banana, through fresh Armour Yellow, to "too dirty to recognize the railroad."
