Judging by the horn location on the lead trailer train coming under the bridge, I would suspect it is also an SD45-2.

To Willie Brown - the lowered horm confirms that it is an EL and the bigger fuel tank confirms that it is a SD45-2. Great photo catch!

Apparently, these are "snappers" that have been serviced at Cresson, and routed back to the main by way of the flyover.
