Much has changed in the area where this photo was taken. The left side of Eastern Avenue (now Riverside Drive) has expensive condos as far as you can see in this picture. The Montgomery Inn Boathouse (BBQ restaurant) is on the right. I'm all for progress and I know that things change, but I wish this is the way this portion of riverfront looked today.
