Other than the fact that it's color, there's nothing in the photo to suggest the actual current date. It could have easily been taken in the late 1940's. Awesome.

Just a outstanding photo. I would like to know what type of camera/s do you use and also more about the technical
aspects on taking such a outstanding photo. i.e. film or digital photo. exposure etc. I can tell it was on a tripod with
a short exposure due to the blurring of the stars or the rotation of the earth.
