PRSX stands for Progress Rail Services which is located in Waycross,GA. I'm guesing that this unit hs been in a UP deadline somewhere and that it is enroute to Waycross to be scrapped.

I never thought I would see the day that I would ohhh and ahhh over a C30-7. The roster is getting more boring with nothing but SD70's and AC's. Nice catch.
