Posted by J. C. Smith, Jr. on November 1, 2006  This is actually an ex-Southern Pacific GP40-2. While UP rostered GP50s from both Chicago & Northwestern and Missouri Pacific, neither had headlights mounted in the low nose and the GP50 featured taller radiators.
