This unit used was the Osborn Yard Bowl Locomotive, but now it does odd jobs. The fresh paint under the 4606 is a clue.

I believe that engine is now retired... I have seen it in the area where the shop employees drain engines, and it has also lost its horn since that photo was taken.

Thats a fact, 4606 is sitting out back of the shop with everything good on it gone.
