I'm wondering what the single rail is on the right? I'm assuming it has something to do with the electrification of this line, but it appears to not be connecting to anything. Please help!

Pardon my lack of direction in my last comment, that was supposed to be the single rail on the LEFT. sorry!

The rail on the left is part of another track, the other rail got lost in the crop!
