What a great shot! Question, what is that straight dirt line that runs across the length of the unit? Is that where a wash rack could not reach?

Great Catch Jim,GE 8500 GTEL, with B-unit and fuel tender. Looks like some of the spray heads on the wash rack where bad/order.

I have no idea what the "stripe" on the loco side is. Indeed, Probably a defective or missing wash brush - or one worn out.
