Excellent photo Eric, It's got a very unique look to it, the photo and the engine! What I wouldn't give to see those things still in service..

The Montreal Maine and Atlantic is still running some old C30-7.

This reminds me of an older photo on this sight. This was one of the first C30-7s retired and the last was CSXT 7059. Not bad for an almost 30 year old locomotive. CSXT was the last Class 1 to operate U boats (2001) and the last to operate C30-7s (2006).
