Those cars are both ex-Wisconsin and Southern Cars. The Dome/Obs was the Northern Veiw, and the Sleeper ahead of it was the Northern Nights. The WSOR (or actually Northern Railcar, both of which are owned by the same person), rebuilt the two cars to customize them as "first class" cars on the railroad. They were sold by the WSOR in 2001 when the railroad sold off the rest of the their passenger fleet (which they have now bought some of back again). It's good to see the cars still at work for somebody, although they looked better in their WSOR Red and Silver..... Noah
