Is that a regular commuter? or does only run on special occasions?

The train runs before and after University of Iowa home games, to take fans up to the stadium, easing parking and traffic congestion at the stadium. It's approx. a 3 mile run from Coralville. The former Metra equipment is new this year; the last two years the Denver Ski Train was used.
