I've been told final destination is the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, Illinois. IRM contracted the WSOR to do the paint work at their Horicon Shops. Another another fine quality paint job it is! Nice catch Matt, and a nice photo! Noah

Looks like the boxcar behind it is numbered 1385...(CNW 1385, class R-1 4-6-0) Nice of the crew to spot it in the open for you.
