Thanks all for the kind words. Despite the forest fire haze and increasing high sun I was pleased with the results. About 5 minutes prior to the trains arrival the river was perfectly still until a boat went by. I guess you can’t have everything :)

You know what, the moving water works better than if it had been still. It creates a sense of motion although all the action is stopped. Looking at the photo, I feel like I'm watching it happen not at a photo. Belated congrats on the PC, well deserved!
