CJ asked what is the "full light package". There was a period when SP's engines had a regular headlight, a gyrating headlight (for added visibility), and a gyrating red light (for emergencies).

Ohhh man thats an awesome photo...one of my favs by far. Finaly someone put 4460 on here!!! But if only that GP9 was 5623 and that E9 was 6051 (maybe it is?)...

RestoreTrains, it's unlikely it will run again anytime soon, but considering the fact that it is still in existence (unlike any other SP GS locomotives aside from 4449), it's a dream that can still come to fruition! Great photograph too; SP had some of the best liveries for their motive power.
