I saw the MP Heritage Unit last year in August, less than a month after it was unvieled. It ran as the thid unit after it's air conditioner broke. The engineer was agitated because he wanted to run the Mo-Pac! It wasn't all that bad...I got to go into the cab of it! LOL! So it must be happening to all of them.

Very nice catch and photo! The reason 8701 isn't on the train is becuase it was needed on a ballast train. It was the only engine with ATC UP could find. Nice to see a original CNW leading again.
