Posted by J. C. Smith, Jr. on July 28, 2006  Keokuk Junction Railway 252 is no longer a GP7. It was rebuilt by its prior owner, the Chicago & North Western, with a Cummins diesel and designated as an HE15. Notice that the radiator area is reduced and relocated to the center of the long hood.
