To expand on this ones problem, there is a 5 mph limit on the loop track. After finishing loading, the train starts about from the point in this pic and has to get over the hill and on to the main without a chance to even get to 5 mph. So he pushed all the way back in to the loop and went at it again, hoping to get up to 5 mph and maintain that out on to the main. Too much coal and not enough horsies prevented his attempt.
