I saw those 2 units on CBBI that morning in Morris. I thought 704 was running long-hood forward when I heard BICB that night. I had no idea it was 718, because 718 and 704 both have K3 airhorns. Also 715 is the only IAIS GP38-2 with a Prime 920 airhorn.
