Is that an Alco export unit? It sure looks similar to their PA series.

To Answer "BEWILDEBEESTE" comment,
Yes I belive this engine a ALCO engine built in SYdney New South Wales by A. E. Goodwin,this is from what I have found on the web. But if there is anyone out there that can confirm this, or has further imformation please let us know.
