I love seeing classic photos such as this - thanks for sharing, Jim! Actually, I like this photo even more because I often visit Detroit Lakes. Besides the obvious, like the F7 and the Griswolds, this scene has hardly changed in the past 35 years. The depot is still active as an Amtrak stop and the Goodyear shop on the other side of the tracks is still in business.

Anyone notice anything odd about the crossbucks? Rail Rail Crossing? Don't think I've ever seen that before.
