If you look in the upper left of the picture you can see another train. I'll take a wild guess and say that is on the NS Ft. Wayne line.

You are correct, that's an NS train near CP Bell on the Fort Wayne Line. I tried to get a shot of it but was unable to find a clear view from this spot.
