Why is there a GE sticker on the side of an EMD?

Nice shot Joe, btw that GE sticker is a EPA Emissions Sticker meaning that the locomotive has been tested by GE to comply with Tier 0, 1 and or 2 emissions from the EPA. CP's SD60's and some of they're SD40-2's have this sticker.
