Posted by Steve Carter on January 29, 2006  A little more information from another photographer who shot this locomotive: "She is a Lease Purchase; she is in Tacoma to assist RDG 2100 with traction and HEP. Her reporting marks FLNX are for R.P. Flynn Inc. Ohio Railway Supply in Kent, Ohio." This information was obtained mostly through Railroadforums.com The passenger car and those out of the photo are to be used for an excursion operation using the Steam Engine RDG 2100. Currently in CEECO awaiting repairs.
