Posted by Colorado Zephyr on January 24, 2006  The 1007 is painted and lettered for Progress Rail. It ran around Colorado area with unit rail trains in 2005. I wonder if NRE owned them and Progress Rail just leased them. Anyways, they've found a new home in Illinois.
