Hi Jim,I was heading up up to Jefferson Rock when CSXT 571 came out of the tunnel and crossed the Potomac.I counted 12 or 13.Some one next to me counted 14.I'm sure your count of 13 engines is correct.Don't think I've ever seen that many engines past through Harper Ferry before,wish I had taken a picture.Sure glad you got a shot of it.
