Posted by Chris Edwards on April 24, 2007  This would of been power laying over from CIND with a transfer from Valley to Sharonville. We had just installed the ditch lights a few weeks before on the units. I&O/Railtex/RailAmreica did not take over the CIND till the summer of 2008.
