I am always amazed at how beautiful the area the DMIR operates in. All the DMIR pictures I've seen show the state of Minnesota very favorably. What beautiful wilderness train settings! Beautiful State!

Dave, as a trooper, 45 years ago, I used to shoot these types of snow scapes with steam power, in black and white, in the UP. Very nice job.
