Those white puffs that look like clouds are actually steam from the ethanol plant.

Yeah, and thats kinda funny, because Jim, the engineer, told me that they pulled 46 cars with this little baby! There was a slick cover of snow and ice on the tracks to boot. He said that he would prefer this over a GP38 or an SD40 because even though it only has roughly 1500 HP, it's geared much better for switching than the 2 locomotives talked about above. -Adam

I believe these units were rebuilt at the GTW Battle Creek Engine house in the early 1980s.
