Im surprised you were even able to see the rear numberboards. WC blanked them all out. There was a small #### ID just below the rear sand fill. 6510 went through the rebuild/renumber process to become 7509. Ironic part was that the lights for the rear boards, even though blanked out, had to work if still present. FRA regs, if its there, it must work.
