Neat tramway. Can you get electrocuted if you touch the power rail?

That is the nicest looking right of way ive ever seen. How does the electrification work? Is it a 3rd rail in that channel, like the San Fran cable car where something goes down there and makes contact w/ the rail?

Hello from France... The ground-based power supply is active only when tram is on it. To be electrocuted, you must pass under the train and touch the central rail. It is thus necessary to be suicidal, flexible and to have a long arm...:-) For more info, look on the constructor web site... It's in english
