Posted by Mike Bjork on October 30, 2005  The Alameda Corridor does serve the Port of Long Beach. Its a triple-track, high-speed trench that was dug through Los Angles to elimate a bunch of grade crossings and add LOTS of capacity. Its owned by the Port, not any specific railroad. Also looks cool from the air!
