Stumbling onto this photo 14 years after it was submitted (!), I see the listed Location is in error. The loco is switching the Afton Chemical plant, not the Solutia plant (which is across the street, behind the photographer). Anyone know the fate of 1751?... it probably wasn't long for this world at the time of the shot.
