How far are they in the rebuilding of the K-4?

Update 9-3-23: It has been eighteen years from when this photo was taken. Now, K4 1361 is located in Altoona, PA and she still looks like this! As of 9-3-23, all sides of her firebox have now been removed. I watched K4 1361 when she was removed from the Horsehoe Curve back in the mid 1980's and I was glad they did. Now here it is about thirty-eight years later since they did that and I'm now thinking that they should have just left her at the Horseshoe Curve where she had some dignity and could be viewed by railfans.
