I don't think this unit is being inspected prior to delivery. Note the red frame stripe, which marks it as an early delivery to the UP (all current deliveries have yellow frame stripes). Also, note that the unit is festooned with cabling, suggesting it will be (or has been) connected to a dynamometer or other test car. Could it be that the SD70ACe is suffering teething problems on the UP?
