Wow... I've never seen those kind of trucks on a B23-7 but then again its a B23-7R. Are there any others like this?

Neat catch! Only three active examples of these units are left (the other is Ohio Central 4099), and you've got two in this shot! One question-- where are these two as of late? The 3187 was a yard worker up here in my hometown of Rochester, NY until recently, and I would like to know what happened to it.

Actually, click on the B23-7R icon and it reveals photos of P&W, OCRR, and other railroads still employing them today.
