I'm guessing not. I'm pretty sure the "Hold Short" rule has that UP train stopped until the Metra is clear of the station.

Yes, the freight train is stopped, the "330" is the Metra train that is moving away from her... because she didn't look is why the rule was created. No, not a close call at all... could have been in the years past.
