Turn 'em on! Obviously in the name of safety the new gates had to be put up, but the wig-wags would certainly be a nice addition when waiting for a train.

I agree with Christopher, In the name of safty these should be turned on . After all, in California
if a vehicle is equiped with safety equipment, it must work. !!
