Nice night shot of St-Lazare, or, more specifically, its trainshed and approaches. There's also a magnificent 19th century headhouse and the Victorian interior detailing of the trainshed is also quite beautiful. St-Lazare (which literally means "holy leper"; the station having been constructed in the neighbourhood of the medieval Parisian leper colony) was once the premier station for the boat trains to and from Britain, but in recent years has lost prestige to the five other main Paris stations (Nord, Est, Lyon, Austerlitz, Montparnasse) and now handles mainly suburban runs such as this Z6400.
