General Electric rotating equipment as with all pre-1937 EMD's. Assembled either by GE Erie or at the GM Cleveland plant (La Grange didn't open until 1937). From the exhaust arrangement, believe this was re-engined 567 from the original Winton 201. Nice to see it saved.

Per Jerry Pinkepank's Diesel Spotter's Guide, this unit was assembled at GE Erie.
